The desk clerk was very nice. My room was small, but clean and had a fridge & microwave. Dog friendly, too. I would stay again.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and we were helped quickly. The only issue was the side door was broken, so we had to walk in through the front to walk and back to our room, but thats was only a small inconvenience. The hall was exceptionally quiet which was wonderful with little children. The continental breakfast was amazing for a hotel, with so many options for our kids, and even a make-your-own-waffle station which was very nice for my family. Overall, its was a very pleasant experience, and i would definitely recommend it.
We recently stayed at this inn and had an awesome experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Everything from the elevator, the bathrooms and the bed looked and smelled clean. For the price this is a great quality inn. If we were to go back to Nashville, we will definitely stay here again.
This hotel is very clean and comfortable, the front desk girl has amazing customer service when I check in. I travel a lot for work and this place have high quality than even Marriott or Hilton. Very warm and happy reception. Check in was great my room very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was big and delicious. I will stop here again. Only bummer is to get back onto 40 you don't turn left out of the parking.
Nice location, situated near shopping and dining. However, the owners seem to have their whole family in the lobby having some type of celebration. The front desk service was not exceptional, it was just decent. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The t.v. remote did not work, even after new batteries were placed. Comfortable for one night stay. Additionally, the owners placed an addendum to the rules for your stay, ovet and above Quality Inn's protocols, and requested your initials and signature, please read.
I have stayed here now twice. The last time I stayed 2 nights with my dog and it was perfect. The room was clean and very nice. The people at the front desk were great, kind, happy. The breakfast was very very good! The whole hotel itself is in great shape. The pool is small and maybe outdated, but I still enjoyed it. There is plenty of space to walk your dog. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, shopping, movie theater, planet fitness is down the street. There's a new culvers down the street that was delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and believe this place needs more good reviews! Don't let the bad ones scare you off. Especially if you're looking for something pet friendly, this is a great place!!
Sherri at the front desk was so kind and accommodating. When we discovered someone had been smoking in the room prior to our arrival, she was quick to find us another room! Thank you so much! Our stay was very pleasant! Clean and comfortable!
Clean, quiet, rooms are small but that didn't matter to me. I stay in room 213 which is by the elevator. That did not seem to be an issue, maybe because I was exhausted.. breakfast was normal, the staff were kind. Good quality pillows, and towels. Coffee machine in room was filthy and needed to be replaced/cleaned. However I did not let staff know, so it may not get fixed. My fault. Overall I enjoyed my stay.. and it was actually better than expected.
I have stayed here on and off the last year to year and half. If I’m passing through I will stop and stay at this hotel. The management and owners are very nice and will resolve any problems that may arise. I stayed here for 4 months straight for work and as I’m passing through I will stop and stay. I have got to witness first hand all the renovations they are doing and are doing a very spectacular job and appreciate all the hard work they have put into this place. Every time I stop there is something always renovated. The new owners are doing a great job. If you are reading this review and thinking about booking here you won’t be disappointed. If there’s a problem tell the front desk and they will be happy to help you in anyway they possibly can. Things I wish they could possibly have to make my stay better is a private place with a table you could sit and relax.
